Easy Operation

The Roland DG VersaSTUDIO BY-20 offers two distinct workflows for generating transfers. The first involves a traditional manual process where the S-Powder is applied to the printed graphic, followed by hand curing using a press or oven. Alternatively, for longer and more production-focused runs, the automated roll-to-roll workflow is utilized. In this method, powdering and curing are efficiently handled using an automated shaker and dryer system. Notably, both workflows are enhanced compared to competitor models due to the integration of the "Automated Sheet Cut Function." This feature eliminates the need for manual trimming of each transfer or gang sheet after production, expediting the entire process.
