The WorkzJet TIJ from Sojet are Coding Printers that directly prints on products, currugated boxes, bags or documents, simply and quickly. Easily configure the WorkzJet for Inkjet Coding and Marking of Lot numbers, Expiry date and Production Date, time stamps and any Text, this inkjet printer device can also print product graphics and has resident fonts for 1D barcodes and also 2D Codes such as QR Code Printer and DataMatrix. Solvent inks, perform very well when printing on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal and plastic, or glass. The Sojet WorkzJet TIJ is robust with features, handy and easy to operate and configure for inkjet printing. It comes complete with its own software built into this Inkjet Code Printer.
SOFTWARE:
No computer needed, the Software is built-into the coding printer, using the onboard Touchscreen allows the user to pre-configure up to (400) customized imprints.
Optional Upgrades:
- Choose the optional PC Software to more easily create and import complex Print Messages from a windows computer.
- Or, the optional Custom Spreadsheet Import Utility to import a list of data with many, unique Part/SKU Number(s).
PRINT OPERATION:
Mount the WorkzJet TIJ Coding Printers to your conveyor, with the included bracketry (includes bracketry for Side/Horizontal printing and Top/Down printing).
The printer has a built-in PhotoCell (Print-Go Trigger) that is designed to detect the product surface to be printed. Upon the user configurable Print-Delay being reached inkjet printing will occur automatically.
**Call us to discuss the Optional External Product Sensors available for surfaces that are clear or that have very shiny surfaces.
This printer must be pre-configured to the line speed of the conveyor, if using a fixed speed conveyor.
**Choose the Optional Shaft Encoder for when variable Line speeds are involved and when printing Barcodes.
NOTE: The on-board touchscreen of the WorkzJet TIJ allows user to search and select through the up to (400) pre-stored imprints, allowing the user to effortlessly select and preview the selected imprint, before it is selected for printing.
INKJET CARTRIDGES:
